Terms OF SALE

PRICE CHANGES AND MINIMUM ORDERS:

All prices are subject to change without notice; therefore, verify price when ordering. There will be a $3.50 handling fee added to orders under $25 excluding freight and taxes. We can no longer accept orders under $10.

For your ordering convenience we accept Mastercard, VISA and American Express cards.

RETURNED GOODS & RESTOCKING:

We must authorize, in advance, all returned items. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of shipment.

Custom-made or special order equipment cannot be returned. 25% restocking charge will apply in addition to freight charges for equipment ordered in error by customers.

All product returns are subject to inspection before credit issuance. A higher fee may be charged on products where the supplier restocking fee is greater.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs will be added to all orders.

TRANSPORTATION CLAIMS:

If merchandise is damaged or lost in transit, the purchaser must file a claim with the common carrier under the carrier’s regulations.Replacement of the damaged equipment should be requested by purchase order in the normal manner.

TAXES:

All sales are subject to Washington state taxes if applicable.
