PRICE CHANGES AND MINIMUM ORDERS:

All prices are subject to change without notice. Currently all prices are excluding freight and taxes.

RETURNED GOODS

We must authorize, in advance, all returned items. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of shipment. Custom-made or special order equipment cannot be returned. Authorized returns must be in original condition and are subject to a restocking fee.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Shipping charges will be added at the time of invoicing. Items weighing over 70 pounds are shipped by truck. You may call us to confirm shipping pricing at 1-800-426-9460.

RESTOCKING

We must add a 20% restocking charge in addition to freight charges if equipment was ordered in error. A higher fee may be charged on products where the supplier restocking fee is greater.

TRANSPORTATION

Orders are shipped via the best possible carrier. Air freight or other special handling for rush shipments is available on request.

TRANSPORTATION CLAIMS

If any merchandise is damaged or lost in transit, the purchaser must file a claim with the common carrier under the carrier's regulations. Replacement of the damaged equipment should be requested by purchase order in the normal manner.

TAXES

All sales are subject to Washington state taxes if applicable.
